Very Calm and relaxing atmosphere with extremely hardworking, friendly and happy staff. Lovely pool area which is well maintained Easy access to all areas of hotel, beach just across the road which is cleaned every day and 

The staff were very friendly. The room had a modern look. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location near the beach, making it convenient for exploring the area. There are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy access to shops, 

The ocean view was pleasant, the location was great and stunning, really close to the main promenade, with great service.

perfect location, greta for beach and restaurants. pool always lovely and clean. Private parking available if you have a car hired.

Air conditioning is not working / not on long enough . No aircon at night not much use in the heat. Sad looking restaurant so we never used it.

This place is conveniently located near everything you might need on a holiday and within walking distance to a great lunch spot at Maningos.

Lack of entertainment - Lack of bar facilities. There is an indoor bar at pool level that was not open and therefore the only option was to sit outside by the pool bar which closed at 11pm or in the receoption/lobby area where there is a small bar within the small shop which was not at all friendly as the bar person was also the shop assistant - a very weird arrangement. If the lower level indoor bar area was open with evening entertainment this would have improved the whole holiday experience at Palm Beach.

This place is fully equipped, well-maintained, with very friendly staff at the reception desk and offers delicious hot breakfast options.

Convenient Location: We loved how close this place was to the beach, making it easy for us to walk everywhere without any hassle. 🏖️

This place is clean and well-presented with beautiful units offering great views of the sea, comfortable beds, WiFi, and a toaster in the room.

This place is situated very close to Troya Beach and restaurants, with an unbeatable and glorious location overall.

Pool area was great

The hotel has a policy whereby the air con in the apartment only works between 3pm and 11pm. Not something that was ever mentioned and had we known this we would have booked somewhere else.

This venue offers a beautifully designed, clean setting with incredibly friendly staff at reception and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options at reasonable prices.
