Excellent location all rooms overlooking beach/sea & pool.

Lack of entertainment - Lack of bar facilities. There is an indoor bar at pool level that was not open and therefore the only option was to sit outside by the pool bar which closed at 11pm or in the receoption/lobby area where there is a small bar within the small shop which was not at all friendly as the bar person was also the shop assistant - a very weird arrangement. If the lower level indoor bar area was open with evening entertainment this would have improved the whole holiday experience at Palm Beach.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the beach. It is convenient for those who want to spend their days soaking up the sun and enjoying the sand and sea. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and 

Rooms need updating immediately. Only one bathroom per 2 bed apartment for 6.

This place provides many amenities in the room such as Wi-Fi and climate control.

Beautifully designed property with a hip vibe. Exceptional and pleasant staff, especially at the reception. - Great location close to numerous beaches, restaurants, and bars. - Very convenient proximity to shops. 

The Junior Suite had an excellent view serviced by very efficient and friendly house keeping staff. Reception staff always available and knowledgeable.Very good value for money.

The suites furniture was rather dated and basic but functional. Guests need to check the laundry facilities regularly when using. These fuse frequently giving the impression you need to insert more euro when in fact you need to flip the trip switch.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday! The staff were very friendly and even offered complementary breakfast and dinner during our stay which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We loved 

The breakfasts here are delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the facilities are excellent.

The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable, the breakfasts are good and the staff are helpful and accommodating. This place has updated, immaculate rooms. It's my favourite hotel in the area. 

The hotel had an unbeatable location just a short walk from Artenerife. There was a park and a harbor within walking distance from the hotel.

The breakfast at Palm Beach - Excel Hotels & Resorts was delicious. The units were neat and had balconies. The rooms were well-equipped with utensils. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was within a short walk 

The rooms here are nice and modern, offering a view of the sea 🌊.

This place boasts a fantastic location close to a beautiful beach and offers helpful staff and outstanding cuisine.

Comfortable rooms that are kept in good condition and come with all the necessary amenities. the staff here are top-notch, especially the receptionist who is super friendly and always ready to help with a smile 😊.
